Oct. 20, battery, 900 block of Manatee Avenue, HB. A Holmes Beach police officer responded to a report of battery, where he met the victim, who said she was sitting with friends on a seawall at the bridge underpass, when the suspect showed up and battered her and made threats. The suspect left the scene. HBPD filed a capias request and issued a victim’s rights brochure.
